    • Newspaper Obituary - August 28, 1958 Ogdensburg Journal - Ogdensburg, New York - Mrs. Archie Denny, Aged 68, Died - Mrs. Bertha A. Denny, 68, wife of Archie R. Denny of 515 Albany Ave, died Wednesday night, (Aug 27, 1958) in the Hepburn Hospital. Mrs. Denny was born in Ogdensburg, Nov. 20, 1890, the daughter of Benjamin and Anna Morley Denny. On Feb. 2, 1906, she was married to Archie R. Denny, the ceremony being performed in Notre Dame Church by the Rev. P. O. LaRose. Mrs. Denny, who was a life long resident of Ogdensburg, had been a pratical nurse for many years. She was a member of Notre Dame Church and of the Sacred Heart Society of St. Mary's Cathedral parish and Ste. Anne's Society of Notre Dame Church. Surviving besides her husband, are two sons, Joseph L., Ogdensburg, and Archie R., at home; two daughters, Mrs. Chester (Leona) Hawes, Canton Road, and Mrs. James (Dorothy) Caloren, Eel Weir Road; one brother, Joseph Denny, Oswego; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at the family residence, 515 Albandy Ave., Saturday at 9 a.m. Burial will be in Notre Dame cemetery.
