- NETTIE MAE ROSE, 55, ONCE OF PULASKI, DIES

Nettie Mae Rose, 55, Bull Run Road, Dugway, formerly of Pulaski, died Wednesday in Crouse Irving Memorial Hospital, Syracuse. Mrs. Rose had been in ill health for some time with a blood disorder.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at the Taylor-Vida Funeral Home, 1643 Jefferson St., with the Rev. James Bruinsma officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery, Orwell.
Calling hours will be from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
Surviving are two sons, Joseph R., Richland, and John P., Dugway; a stepson, Buck Y. Bradshaw, Georgia; two daughters, Mrs. Richard (Linda) Denny, Richland, and Deborah A. Rose, Dugway; 11 grandchildren; a sister, Mrs. Glen (Doris) Rogers, Orwell; several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Born May 18, 1935, in Lewisburg, daughter of Wilfred J. and Frances M. Southwell Martin, she was a graduate of Pulaski Academy and Central School and resided most of her life in Richland and Dugway. She was a cook with C&M Diner and the Chatterbox Restaurant.
A marriage ended in divorce.
Mrs. Rose was a member and treasurer of the Altmar Co-op and a member of the Dugway Election Board.
