Richard J. Brown, age 61, of Pulaski passed away October 25th at his home.
Richard was born July 2, 1961, in Oswego, the son of Richard G. Brown and Alice Pizon Tucker.
He graduated from Pulaski Academy class of 1979 and then received an Associate's degree in Construction Engineering Technology from SUNY Canton in 1985. He worked for Oswego County Records Department and then became a surveyor.

He also worked filleting salmon in Pulaski, as a handyman, and most recently for Nastri, a property management firm in Syracuse.
Dick was also an avid reader about a wide variety of topics. His ability to discern complicated ideas resulted in most discussions ending with more questions than they started with.
Dick was a charter member of the Erie Street Gang. He loved being outdoors, fishing, gardening or just grilling a steak after a hard day's work. Dick was a sincere friend to many whom he would help out in a heartbeat. He will be very missed.

He was predeceased by his mother Alice in January 2022, brother Donald in 2009, and his father Richard G. Brown in 1995.
