      Mabel S. Waite, 74, of 3 View Road, died Sunday at Crouse Hospital, Syracuse.

      She worked for Lincoln Bank for several years prior to her marriage.

      Born March 4, 1928, in Sandy Creek, the daughter of Samuel and Alvina Dailey Sutton, she graduated from Pulaski High School in 1946.

      She married James E. Waite on June 2, 1946.

      Mrs. Waite was a member of the Pulaski Congregational Church, the Pulaski Historical Society and the Half-Shire Historical Society, Richland.

      Surviving besides her husband, are a daughter, Lisa A. Waite, Syracuse; two sons, Jason A., Lake Orion, Mich., and Craig A., Pulaski; a sister, Doris G. Grose, Syracuse, and four grandchildren.

      There will be a private funeral and burial in Pulaski Cemetery. Arrangements are with Foster-Hax Funeral Home.

      There will be no calling hours.

      Contributions may be made to Pulaski Congregational Church, Lake Street.
