- Alan R. Hager Obituary
Alan R. Hager, age, 80, life resident of Pulaski passed away Wednesday at St. Luke’s Nursing Home in Oswego. Alan was born October 25, 1944, in Oswego, the son of Owen and Gladys Miner Hager. He graduated from Pulaski High School in 1963. Alan was married to his wife, Joyce Ellison Hager in 1995 and she passed away May 24, 2017. He was employed by the New York State Department of Transportation for 32 years, retiring in 2000. Alan was a member of the NRA.
Surviving, are his sister, Geraldine Hager of Mexico, stepson, Stephen (Christy) Ellison of Mallory and stepdaughters, Cheryl (Steven) Moyock North Carolina, Donna (Dan) Weaver of Mooresville, NC, and Samantha Ackley of Florida, nine grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren. Alan was predeceased by his twin brother, Alfred in 2013.
A graveside service will be held at South Richland Cemetery, Fernwood, in the spring at a time to be announced. Arrangements in care of Foster-Hax Funeral Home, 52 Park Street, Pulaski.
