- Class of 2001 PACS
Eric K. Hibbert, age 40, resident of Pulaski, since 1992, passed away unexpectedly on Friday. Eric was born February 22, 1983, in Hartford, CT, the son of Daniel Hibbert and Darlene Bartis. Eric graduated from Pulaski High School in 2001. He was currently employed by Bob Johnson Dealership (formerly FX Caprara) and had previously been employed by All Seasons Sports in Pulaski as store manager. Eric loved being outdoors. He was an avid golfer and member of Streamside Golf Course where he played in the Monday night league. He also had a passion for landscape photography and always stopped to take photos while out on a drive. He enjoyed fly fishing and tying his own flies. His hobbies included reading, music, and cooking, and he was affectionately referred to as an amateur chef by those he cooked for. Eric loved his friends and considered them his chosen family.
Surviving are his sister, Becky Hibbert of Rochester, father, Carl Falk of Pulaski, aunt, Kimberly Soovajian and cousins Matthew and Timothy (Heidi) Soovajian, uncle, Robert Bartis and cousin, Amanda (Darryl) Anderson, aunt, Cindi (Scott) Sauvé and cousins, Brett (Jennifer) Sauvé and Katelyn (Bill) Myroniak, aunt, Sue (Phillip) Rios and cousin Mike (Anna) Rios, and uncle, Mark (Lisa) Hibbert and cousins, Kyle (Ashley) Hibbert, Lindsey (Aaron) Sullivan and Erika Hibbert.
A celebration of life will be held from 2 to 7 p.m., Sunday, June 25th at Streamside Golf Course, 800 County Route 28, Pulaski, NY 13142. Scheduled speakers and sharing of memories will occur at approximately 4:30 p.m. Arrangements by Foster-Hax Funeral Home, 52 Park Street, Pulaski.
