      Newspaper Obituary - Wednesday, December 6, 1967 Palladium Times - Oswego, New York - Pulaski - Mrs. Lucille Neild, 49, wife of Earl Neild, 155 East Utica Street, died at the residence of her sister, Mrs. Robert (Ruth) Strong on Tuesday evening after a long illness. Born in Pulaski, she was the daughter of the late Arby and Ruth Adams Hort, and resided most of her life in Oswego. She was a graduate of Oswego High School, a member of Christ Episcopal Service and an officer of Lake City Chapter, 352, Order of Eastern Star. Surviving besides her husband and sister, are four daughters, Mrs. Philip (Barbara) Sagneri, Mrs. Terry (Bonnie) Shear and Miss Verna Neild of Oswego and Mrs. Edward (Brenda) Church of Bay Shore, Long Island; a son, Gene Neild of Oswego; a brother, Lt. John Hort, United States Navy, Tokyo; seven grandchildren; also nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held Friday at 9:30 a.m. at the Dowdle Funeral Home and at 10 a.m. in Meade Memorial Chapel of Christ Church with Rev. Frederick R. Mills officiating. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery, Pulaski. Friends may call at the funeral home, Wednesday from 7-9 p.m. and Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m.
