      Newspaper Obituary - Monday, October 19, 1981 Pulaski Democrat - Pulaski, New York - C. Owen McNett, 77 - C. Owen McNett, 77, of 7814 Ridge Road died Monday, October 12, 1981 at the Mercy Hospital, Watertown. He was born May 17,1904 in the town of Richland and attended the Pulaski Academy High School He was married to Mildred A. Adams and lived in Pulaski until moving to Richland in 1971. For many years McNett was a salesman and distributor for Pepsi-Cola Bottling Company until his retirement in 1966. He was the town of Richland assessor for the past four years. McNett was a 50-year member and past master of the Pulaski Lodge Free and Accepted Masons, a member of the Pulaski Independent Order of Odd Fellows, and also a member of St James Episcopal Church. Survivors are his wife, Mildred; two daughters, Mrs.Beverly Watson of Richland and Mrs. Diane Bullo of Rochester; one step-daughter, Grace Lewis of Mill Valley, California; one sister, Mrs. Zilthia Balcom of Pulaski; and four grandchildren. Private funeral services were 4 p.m Thursday at the Foster-Hax Funeral Home, Pulaski, with the Rev. Richard A. Clay officiating. Burial was in Riverside Cemetery, Pulaski. No calling hours were held. Donations can be made to the Northern Oswego County Ambulance or Northern Oswego County Health Services.
