      Newspaper Obituary - Monday, August 4, 1986 Banner Times - Pulaski, New York - Fatal Accident - An accident on Route 11, Pulaski, resulted in the death of a Pulaski resident. Nola Waterstripe, 83, of View Road, Pulaski, died during surgery at the House of the Good Samaritan Hospital, Watertown. She was being treated on for injuries sustained in the Tuesday afternoon accident. Waterstripe was a passenger in a car driven by Bumise Waterstripe, who reportedly turned into the path of a car driven by Steve Alfano, 21, of Mexico. Alfano, his passenger, Scott Felio of Lacona, and Bumise Waterstripe were also injured in the accident, i Newspaper Obituary - Monday, August 4, 1986 Banner Times - Pulaski, New York - Nola M. Waterstripe, 83, of 7666 View '-- Road, died Tuesday evening, July 29, 1986 at the House of the Good Samaritan Hospital in Watertown after being injured in an automobile accident. She was bom April 20, 1903 in Williamstown. She graduated from Pulaski High School. She was married to Bumise J. Waterstripe September 29, 1924. She taught piano for many years. She played in the local theater, was organist for several area churches and played piano at the senior nutrition site in Pulaski. She was a member of the Richland Church of Christ and the Pulaski RSVP. She is survived by her husband; two sons, Robert E. of Edinboro, Pennsylvania, and Harold J. of Syracuse; one sister, Bemadine A. Manwaring of Pulaski; five grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. Services were held 1 p.m. Friday at the Foster-Hax Funeral Home in Pulaski with the Rev. Virgil Hager officiating. Burial was in Richland Cemetery. Calling hours were 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home, 7385 Park Street.
