      Wayne Larmon, 90, of Central Square, died Friday, July 27, 2012. Wayne was born in Pulaski, NY, October 2, 1921. He served in World War II as a technical sergeant in the 4th Infantry Division in the European Theater. He was awarded two Bronze Stars with oak leaf clusters, the American Service Medal and the Combat Infantry Badge.

      Wayne retired from the International Union of Operating Engineers. He later retired from the NYS Thruway after 13 years.

      Wayne is survived by his wife of 71 years, Evelyn (Price) Larmon; son Kevin Larmon of Jefferson, NY; daughter Linda Walawander and husband Joe of Fulton, NY; and granddaughter Ashley Clark of Brewerton, NY.
