      Newspaper Obituary - Thursday, April 26, 2007 Watertown Daily Times - Watertown, New York - A memorial service for John P. Wilson, 84, Pulaski; will be at 2 p.m Sunday at Summerville Funeral Home, Sandy Creek. There will be a private burial. Mr. Wilson died Monday at Samaritan Medical Center, Watertown. Calling hours will be 1 to 2 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. He was employed at Cottet Gas Company and then at Contel Phone Company until retiring in 1987. Mr. Wilson was a member of the Robert Edwards American Legion post 358. Born August 14, 1922. in Hudson, son of James and Elsie Pierce Wilson, he graduated from high school in Hudson. He served in the Army from September 28, 1942. to March 13, 1946, serving in World War II. He married Alma A. Gregory on December 24, 1951, in Pennsylvania. They lived in Pulaski since 1952. Surviving besides his wife are two daughters and a son-in-law, Sadie Blauvelt and Shirley and Dale McNiff, all of Lacona; three sons and two daughters-in-law, Ralph, Tavares, Florida, John J. and Mary, Sandy Creek, and Donald and Deanna, Brantford, Ontario, and 10 grandchildren.
