Patricia C. Thompson, 90, of Pulaski, New York, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, December 11, 2024, at Rome Memorial Hospital.

Born on December 19, 1933, in Syracuse, New York, Patricia led a life marked by resilience, dedication, and love for her family and community. After raising her children, she achieved a significant milestone by earning an Associate's Degree at the age of 50. In addition to her nursing career, Patricia owned and operated the Boylston Bunkhouse, a venture that reflected her entrepreneurial spirit. She also found joy in knitting, creating beautifully crafted afghans that she lovingly shared with many in her community.

Patricia is survived by her six children: Gary (Victoria) White, George (Teresa) White, Charlotte (Daniel) Bergman, Jolene Potter, James (Stacy) White, and Charles (Cathy) White. She is also survived by her brother-in-law, Ronald Mountpleasant, 21 grandchildren, and numerous great-grandchildren. Patricia was predeceased by her beloved husband, Edmund “Tommy” Thompson, and her sister, Janice Mountpleasant

. A celebration of Patricia’s life will be held in the spring, with interment at Woodlawn Cemetery in Sandy Creek, New York.

Her family and friends will forever cherish her legacy of warmth, perseverance, and generosity
