Elven W. Kemp, 79, of Loretto Heights, 132 Ellen St.,Oswego,died Friday at Oswego Hospital.
Born in Utica, he retired in 1977 as a welder at Wind Crete Pre-Cast, Liverpool. He was an Army veteran of World War II, serving as a staff sergeant and receiving a Bronze Star.
Survivors: His wife, the former Susan Jaquin; a daughter, Sandra Kemp of Oswego; three sons, Michael E. Jaquin of Phoenix, Harold A. Snow of Pulaski and Bruce Kemp of Texas, N.Y.; two brothers, Kenneth of Fulton and Donald of California; several grandchildren; several great-grandchildren.
Services: Private. No calling hours. Harter Funeral Home, Mexico, has arrangements.
