Edna M. Alvord, 91, Pulaski, died Wednesday [March 22] at Oswego Hospital.
Mrs. Alvord lived in Amboy before moving to Pulaski in 1973. Born Sept. 9, 1908, in Syracuse, she was a daughter of Charley and Sarah Winchell Carver. She married Robert Alvord on Aug. 31, 1940. He died Aug. 21, 1965.
Mrs. Alvord was a member of Amboy Presbyterian Church and a charter member of the Amboy Mothers Club.
Surviving are two daughters, Catherine Gregory and Margaret Snow, both of Pulaski, 11 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
A sister, Goldie C. Olmstead, died March 11, 1994.
The funeral will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Foster-Hax Funeral Home. Burial will be in Belle Isle Cemetery, Camillus….
