- Ward Manwarren Obituary
Ward J. Manwarren, age 60, life resident of Pulaski, passed away Monday at his home after a long illness. Ward was born July 22, 1953, in Syracuse, the son of Thomas E. and Jean P. Ellis Manwarren. He graduated from Pulaski High School in 1971 and received an Associate's Degree from Glendale Community College in Glendale, Arizona. He was employed by Watertown Correctional Facility for ten years, retiring due to ill health. He was formerly affiliated with Jehovah's Witnesses of Adams. Ward was an avid St. Louis Cardinals fan, an excellent golfer and enjoyed watching sports on TV.
Surviving are his mother, Jean P. Manwarren of Pulaski; two sisters, Marjorie (David) Minotti of North Tonawanda and Joan C. Pfluger of Pulaski; and several nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his father, Thomas Manwarren who passed away in 1997.
In honor of Ward's wishes there will be no funeral service. Burial will be conducted privately at South Richland Cemetery. Those who wish to honor his memory may donate to a charitable organization of their choice.
