- Albert E. Frank, 98, Williamstown, died Monday in Oswego Hospital. Mr. Frank owned and operated Al's Used Cars in Pulaski for 10 years. He also owned and also owned a dairy farm for 25 years, retiring in 1978. Born April 6, 1908, in Port Leyden, he was raised in an orphanage and attended Port Leyden schools. He married Pauline Chamberlain. She died in 1998. Mr. Frank lived in Altmar and Pulaski before moving to Williamstown in 1990. Surviving are his companion, Laving Johnson, Williamstown, and two sons, Harlan E., Pulaski, and Rick L., Altmar. A son, Walter D., died in 2002. The funeral will be at 1 p.m. Thursday at Foster-Hax Funeral Home, Pulaski. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery, Pulaski Calling hours will be from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
