- Harlan E. Frank, age 71, life resident of Pulaski, passed away Sunday at St. Joseph's Hospital in Syracuse. Harlan was born November 23, 1945 in Pulaski, the son of Albert and Pauline Chamberlain Frank. He attended Pulaski Schools. Harlan was employed by Hess in Syracuse for 22 years, retiring in 2006. He had previously been employed as a driver for Montgomery Ward for 15 years. Harlan was a member of Teamsters Local #317.
Surviving are his companion, Terri O'Neill, one son, Todd Frank (Mary Scranton) of Pulaski, one daughter, Tammie Wilson (Bill Whaley) of Pulaski, one brother, Rick (Cristina) Frank of Altmar, three grandchildren, Cody and Callie Wilson and Meagan Frank. Harlan was predeceased by one brother, Walt.
Calling hours will be held from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, April 1st, the Foster-Hax Funeral Home, 52 Park Street, Pulaski, with burial at the convenience of the family. No funeral service will be held.
Donations in Harlan's memory can be made to a charity of one's choice.
