    • SUMMERFIELD - Melvin H. Richardson, 80, a retired truck driver, died Sunday, March 20, 2005. A native of Conquest, N.Y., he moved here from Ludlow, Mass., in 1983. Mr. Richardson a member of the Teamster Union and Baptist faith. He served in the U.S. Marine Corps during World War II. Survivors include his wife, Beatrice Richardson, Summerfield; son, Melvin Richardson, Port Byron, N.Y.; daughters, Jennie Randall, Weedsport, N.Y., and Donna Wilson, Auburn, N.Y.; stepson, Donald Mann, Fenton, Mich.; stepdaughters, Lorretta MacGillivary, Burt, Mich., and Jenny Davis, Flint, Mich.; brother, Robert Richardson, Centralia, Wash.; sister, Wilma Roy, Massena, N.Y.; 18 grandchildren; 32 great-grandchildren; and five great-great-grandchildren.
