    • Newspaper Obituary - December 27, 1986 Syracuse Post Standard - Owen Horr - Port Byron - Owen E. Horr, 87, formerly of 17 Moore Place, died Friday at the Cayuga County Nursing Home after a long illness. Mr. Horr was born in Phoenix. He was employed many years at Wright Coal Yard and later worked in the Cayuga County Highway Department. Mr. Horr was a member of First United Methodist Church and the Port Byron Senior Citizens. Surviving are several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. Services will be at 3 p.m. Sunday at Heleck-Pele Funeral Home. Burial will be in Mount Pleasant Cemetery. There will be no calling hours.
