      Passed away Saturday November 3, 2012 at Covenant -Cooper at the age of 83 years.

      Kathleen was born November 3, 1929 in Dearborn Michigan the daughter of the late Charles and Alice (Swanson) O’Connor. Kathleen married John Demijohn September 3, 1949 and he survives her. She was a founding member of Holy Spirit Catholic Church.

      Surviving besides her husband John, are their children John Demijohn Jr., Francis (Maureen) Demijohn, Kathleen Demijohn, Sue (Frank) Kessler, Nanette (Mark) Bodrie, Timothy (Stena) Demijohn and Dennis (Traci) Demijohn, 17 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren: one brother Mike O’Connor and two sisters Carol (Irv) Eisenberg and Shannon (Russ) Brewster; many nieces and nephews. Kathleen was predeceased by two brothers Charles and Henry O’Connor.

      A memorial mass will take place 11:00 a.m. Wednesday November 7, 2012 at Holy Spirit Catholic Church 1035 N. River Rd. Rev. David Parsch will officiate. Friends may call at the church on Wednesday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the mass. In lieu of flowers those planning an expression of sympathy may wish to consider Holy Spirit Catholic Church.

      Survived By: her husband John, are their children John Demijohn Jr., Francis (Maureen) Demijohn, Kathleen Demijohn, Sue (Frank) Kessler, Nanette (Mark) Bodrie, Timothy (Stena) Demijohn and Dennis (Traci) Demijohn, 17 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren: one brother Mike O'Connor and two sisters Carol (Irv) Eisenberg and Shannon (Russ) Brewster; many nieces and nephews.
