      Walter D. Frank, 57, of South Albion Road, Altmar, died Thursday. Born in Watertown, he attended Pulaski schools. He was an auto mechanic and had worked at Donahue Dodge in Cicero, Precision Auto in East Syracuse and Franklin Chevrolet in Pulaski.

      Survivors: Two daughters, Karen Frank of Richland and Kathy LaValley of Williamstown; two sons, Timothy W. and David R., both of Altmar; his father, Albert of Williamstown; two brothers, Harlan of Pulaski and Rick of Altmar; seven grandchildren. Services: 11 a.m. Monday at Foster-Hax Funeral Home. Burial, Riverside Cemetery, Altmar. Calling hours, 9:30 to 11 a.m. Monday at the funeral home, 52 Park St., Pulaski.
