Newspaper Obituary - Tuesday, October 9, 1956 (newspaper unavailable) - Pulaski - Claude Hardy, 77, died late Sunday night at the Farrell Nursing Home, Mexico, where he had been a patient for seven years. He was born in the Town of Richland on December 5, 1879, the son of Parley and Ellis Robinson Hardy. His entire life was spent in this vicinity. His wife, the former Lesla Harsha, died in March, 1944. His only survivor is a niece, Miss Laura Hardy of Pulaski. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. tomorrow from the Foster funeral home with the Rev. Donald Randall, pastor of the Church of Christ, Richland, officiating. Burial will be in Daysville cemetery.
