      Newspaper Obituary - Thursday, April 18, 1968 The Palladium Times - Oswego, New York - Pulaski, Mrs. Stella M. Frank, 71, of Fernwood, died Wednesday afternoon at the Evergreen Nursing Home. She was born in Daysville on September 1, 1896, the daughter of Jasper and Agnes LaVere DeLong, and attended Pulaski High School. She lived in Syracuse following her marriage and moved to the Fernwood area in 1932, residing there until her death. She was a member of Fernwood Methodist Church. She is survived by four daughters, Mrs. Helen Shaw and Mrs. Florence Mowers, both of Pulaski, and Mrs. Anna Pool and Miss Irene Frank, both of Fernwood; a son, Richard Frank of Liverpool; 13 grandchildren, five great-grandchildren and a brother, Fred Delong of Mattydale. Private services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at the Foster Funeral Home. Burial will be in Daysville Cemetery. Friends may call 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
