Ada M. Corcoran

Ada M. Corcoran, 69, passed away in Altmar, surrounded by her family after a long courageous battle with cancer. She was currently a resident of Edgewater, FL, where she enjoyed her retirement with sunshine and beaches. In Florida she was an active member of the Dolphins Club, volunteered with Burt Fish Medical Center and was a lifetime member of the American Legion Aux. Ada was predeceased by her husband, Paul J. Corcoran.
She is survived by her daughters, Rose (Mark) Mitchell, Carolyn (Omar) Davis, Colleen (Paul) Precourt III and Christine (Al) Willcox; great-uncle, Fred Featherly; nine grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Services will be Friday, noon at New Comer Funeral Home, 705 N. Main St., N. Syracuse. Burial will follow at White Chapel Memory Gardens, DeWitt. Calling hours will be Friday from 10 a.m. to noon, at the funeral home, before services.
Contributions in Ada's name, in lieu of flowers may be made to the Oswego County Hospice.
