Dorene C. VanCamp, 82, Valehaven Adult Home, died Monday morning at Samaritan Medical Center, Watertown.
Born June 30, 1917, in the town of Ellisburg, daughter of Arthur and Mae Edmonds Davis, she attended Mannsville-Manor Central School.
She married Donald B. Clark on July 3, 1935, in Pulaski. The couple lived on MacDonald Hill Road in the town of Ellisburg. Mr. Clark, a self-employed carpenter, died Aug. 1, 1984. A marriage to Morris VanCamp ended in divorce.
Surviving are three sons and their wives, Richard D. and Cora, Oswego, and Gerald A. and Catherine and James G. and Sheila, all of Sandy Creek; two brothers, Donald Davis, Mannsville, and Dennis Davis, Ellisburg; 15 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren and two great- great-grandchildren.
Three brothers, Clyde, Uhlan and Omar Davis, died before her.
The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Carpenter-Stoodley Funeral Home, Belleville, with the Revs. Loren Widrick and Andrew Gingerich officiating. Burial will be in Ellisburg Cemetery.
Calling hours are 7 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home.
