- Virginia "Ginny" Watkins, age 83 life resident of Pulaski died Tuesday at St. Luke's Nursing Home, Oswego. She was born May 19, 1925 in Durhamville, NY, the daughter of George and Ida Mae Baugher Hall. She worked at the old Draco’s Restaurant and the Log Cabin Restaurant for many years.
Surviving: one daughter, Carol Brewer Mowers of Clermont, FL, three granddaughters, Tammy Conrad Wiley and Misty Conrad Darling both of Davenport, FL, and Jennifer Conrad Davis of Oswego, and four great-grandchildren Courtney, Conrad and Chloe also of Oswego, and Shelese Darling Garcia of Anchorage, Alaska. She is predeceased by her husband, Willard "Bub" Watkins, two brothers, Normal and George Hall and two sisters, Edith Woolson and Eleanor Seyer.
Funeral Services will be held 2 p.m. Friday at the Foster-Hax Funeral Home 52 Park Street Pulaski. A calling hour will be held from 1 to 2 p.m. prior to the funeral with a spring burial in Richland Cemetery.
