Roy M. Weldon
Roy M. Weldon, 95, of Mount Joy, went to be with Jesus on
Wednesday morning, February 1, 2017 at home of natural
causes. He was the husband of Muriel K. Weldon with whom he
celebrated their seventieth wedding anniversary September 29,
2015.
Earlier in life, Mr. Weldon had worked as a production planner
for Crouse-Hinds Electric Company, Syracuse, NY and retired in
1985.
Born November 7, 1921 in Howardville, New York, he was the
son for the late Rex H. and Jessie M. (Meacham) Weldon. A
Christian, Mr. Weldon was a member of Lancaster First
Assembly of God.
Survivors include two children, R. Barry Weldon married to
Lynn, of York, PA and Carol W. married to Clay Rosenbarker,
of Mount Joy; five grandchildren and sixteen
great-grandchildren.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend a
Celebration of Life Service from Lancaster First Assembly of
God, 1025 Columbia Avenue, Lancaster, PA 17603 on Saturday,
February 4, 2017 at 11AM with Pastor Kris Newman officiating.
The family will receive friends at church on Saturday morning
between 10 and 11AM. Interment will be in the Maplelawn
Cemetery of Dugway, Albion Center, Oswego County, NY.

Mr. Weldon's memory to Lancaster First Assembly of God
Mission Fund, 1025 Columbia Avenue, Lancaster, PA 17603.
