Howard W. Galipeau, 87, formerly of Auburn died June 17 in Orlando, Fla.
Born in Oswego, he was an Army Air Forces veteran of World War II. He retired from the Air Force. He made model naval ships for films and museum display. He was a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars.
Survivors: His wife, Katherine; three daughters, Mary Galipeau of Pine Bush, Joan Ragland of Tallahassee, Fla., and Susan Francher of Syracuse; a son, Gary W. of Syracuse; six grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren.
Services: Were at Baldwin Fairchild Funeral Home, Winter Garden, Fla.
