- OBIT: Thursday July 4, 1878; Pulaski Democrat - Pulaski, New York: Yesterday Morning David Leslie, who lived near Port Ontario, feeling quite poorly, summoned Dr. Low. On the Doctors arrival, Mr. Leslie said, "Doctor, Can you give me some to help me?" "Yes," Replied the Doctor. "Can't you give me something to help me right away?" Inquired the patient. "I guess so, " Replied the Doctor, Immediately after which Leslie fell down and instantly expired. His death is supposed to have resulted from heart disease. - Mexico Independent

Newspaper OBIT - Thursday, June 27, 1878 - Pulaski Democrat - Pulaski, NY - David Leslie, residing near Daysville, a man nearly 80 years old, dropped dead on Tuesday last. He was walking about the room, Dr. A.S. Low being present and engaged in preparing medicine for him.
