      Newspaper Obituary - Tuesday, September 4, 1945 Oswego Palladium Semi-Weekly - Oswego, New York - Pulaski - Nathan A. Fanner, 67, well-known retired agriculturist on Route 11, south of Pulaski, died late Friday night at his home on 139 North Jefferson street. He was born March 18, 1878 in this village, the son of Charles and Sarah Atkinson Farmer, and had always resided in this vicinity. On August 17, 1944, he married Nina Van Brocklin, his only survivor. Funeral services will be conducted at 2:30 o'clock on Monday afternoon at the family home, the Rev. Clyde V. Sparling of Adams officiating. Burial will be in Willis cemetery at Fernwood.

      Newspaper Article - Wednesday, September 10, 1945 Sandy Creek News - Sandy Creek, New York - Farmer Will Probated At Pulaski Recently - Surrogate Penney held a regular monthly temi at Pulaski Thursday morning, at which the will of Nathan A. Farmer, late of Pulaski, who died August 31, was admitted to probate. Nina VanBrocklin Farmer of Pulaski is executor of the estate, valued at $10,000 personal and $50,000 real, and is also residuary legatee. She receives the bulk of the estate, with the exception of two bequests of $500 each, one to Willis cemetery Fernwood for perpetual care of burial lot and the other to John Jamerson of Pulaski, described by the testator as "my former neighbor in Richland."
