Newspaper Obituary - (date unavailable) 1984 Oswego County Messenger - Oswego, New York - Pulaski - Blanche E. Weisenburger, 80, of Spring Brook Apartments, Pulaski, died suddenly Monday night at the House of the Good Samaritan, Watertown, shortly after being admitted. She was born in Richland, March 5, 1902, the daughter of Lime and Lizzie Olbeman Richardson. She attended Richland schools. She married Carl Weisenburger, December 24, 1920 in Richland. He was a Mobil Oil Company, Syracuse, employee. He died January 12, 1978. They lived for many years at 7366 Port Street, Pulaski. After her husband's death, Mrs. Weisenburger moved to Spring Brook Apartments. For many years she was employed as a waitress at the Depot Restaurant, Richland. She played the organ and piano for square dances and other local events. She was a member of park United Methodist Church, of RSVP in Pulaski, and of the Rebekah Lodge for many years. Surviving are a son, Howard W. of Pulaski; two daughters, Mrs. Willis (Dorothy) Syferd Conneaut of Lyle, Mrs. Gerald (Betty) Griffith of Pulaski; nine grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; two sisters, Mrs. Andrew (Mae) Babcock of Pulaski, and Mrs. Walter (Esther) Cobb of Lacona, and several nieces and nephews. Services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at Foster-Hax Funeral Home, Pulaski, the Rev. Earl M. Smith, pastor of Park United Methodist Church, officiating. Burial will be in South Richland Cemetery. Calling hours are 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home.
