    • James W. Sheeley, 41, former business agent of the Syracuse Teamster Union in Syracuse, a native of Dugway, where he lived for several years, died at St. Josephs' hospital, Syracuse Saturday, where he had been a patient for several months. He was born in Dugway, May ,1912, son of Ross and Madge Sheeley. He married Celia ??tock in 1938. He was a truck driver in Syracuse for a number of years, during which time he used to the head of his union. Beside his wife, he is survived by. his father, Ross Sheeley, of Newwark, his mother, Madge Dony Sheeley of Syracuse; four children, Judith, William, Robert and Jill, all of Dugway; three sisters, Mrs. Fern Woodard, Syracuse; Mrs. Pau Kling, Corning; and Mrs. Harry White, South
      Bend, Ind.; one brother, Richard Sheeley, Jamaica, Long Island. Burial in Dugway Cemetery,
