    • Patricia M Atkinson, 81 of Pulaski passed away at her home Monday September 13, 2021.

      Pat was born May 22, 1940 in Ellisburg, NY to Robert and Elizabeth (Otis) Munson. She was a graduate of Belleville Academy in 1958 and earned her Registered Nursing Degree from House of the Good Samaritan Nursing School in 1961. Pat married James Atkinson April 7, 1962 in Ellisburg. Jim passed away November 3, 2019. Pat was employed by Oswego County BOCES in Mexico as the school nurse for 17 years. She also worked for local hospitals, Dr. Offices, Pulaski School District and helped start the WIC Program in Oswego County.

      Pat was a member of Pulaski Wesleyan Church and was a Sunday School teacher there for 30 years. She was a 4-H leader and enjoyed sewing, baking, gardening, serving her community and most of all loved spending time with her grandchildren.

      Surviving are her children; Kelly (Kevin) Caster of Pulaski, Tim (Cyndee) Atkinson of Stanley, NY, Bob (Christin) Atkinson of Pulaski, a brother John (Sally) Munson of Lacona, four brother in laws, 7 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.

      Calling Hours will be held Friday September 17, 2021 from 11-1pm at the Pulaski Wesleyan Church with the Funeral Service at 1pm. Burial will be at Daysville Cemetery, with a luncheon to follow at the church.

      Donations may be made in Pat’s honor to Hospice of CNY, 990 7th North St, Liverpool, NY 13088.
