- Newspaper Obituary - Wednesday, May 9, 1894 Pulaski Democrat - Pulaski, New York - Died - In St. Joseph, Michigan, May 3, 1894, Henry Edick, aged 101 years. This aged veteran was born in Deerfield, in this State. Subsequently lie removed to the town of Richland, where he erected a log house on the bank of Snake Creek, the ruins of which remain to this day. He immigrated to the Western country some sixty years ago. Deceased was uncle of George Edick, of South Richland, and of Mrs. B. E. Parkhurst, of Pulaski. He had ten children, all of whom survive him, the oldest being 80 years of age. He voted April 2d and was able to walk to the polls.
