  MOOSBRUGGER Post-Standard, The (Syracuse, NY) - April 19, 2009Browse Issues Delta JoAnn Moosbrugger April 16, 2009 Delta JoAnn Moosbrugger, 73, of Hastings, died Thursday at St. Joseph's Hospital in Syracuse. She was predeceased by her husband, Nelson, in 1999. Survivors include her two daughters, Kim and Karen Moosbrugger of Hastings; three sons, Nelson, Rusty and Melvin Moosbrugger, all of Hastings; a brother, Howard William Weaver of Hastings; six grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 11 a.m. at Harter Funeral Home, 2983 W. Main St., Parish. Burial will be in Pleasant Lawn Cemetery. Calling hours at the funeral home will be Monday from 4 to 7 p.m. Contributions may be made to Hastings Fire Dept., Rt 11, Hastings, NY 13076.
