      Newspaper Obituary - Monday, August 24, 1964 Palladium Times - Oswego, New York - Pulaski - Mrs. Chloe M. Can, 76, wife of Edward L. Carr, Richland, died suddenly Sunday afternoon at her home following a heart attack. Mrs. Can was born February 17, 1888 in Scriba, daughter of Marshall and Rosa Mead Pierce. She had resided in the Richland area most of her life. She was married in Lacona on April 17, 1906 to Mr. Can. Surviving besides her husband, are a daughter, Mrs. Elmer Riley of Richland and a son, Lewis Carr of DePaulville; eight grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday in the Foster funeral home with burial in Richland cemetery. Friends may call from 7 to 0 tonight and from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
