    • Obituary:
      Helen I. Titus, 95, formerly of Auburn, died Thursday at Montclair Manor Nursing Home, Montclair, Calif.

      Born in Auburn, she lived in Florida before moving to California in 1968. She was a member of Calvary Presbyterian Church, Auburn.

      Her husband, Elmer, died in 1970.

      Surviving are a daughter, Beverly Jepson of Yuma, Ariz.; two brothers, Daniel Taber of Auburn and Harry Taber of Clemmons, N.C.; four sisters, Francis Chilson and Betty Gasparro, both of Auburn, Ada Clark of Ridge Manor, Fla., and Bessann Ingham of Montclair, Calif.; four grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

      Spring services will be announced. Burial is in Cato Union Hill Cemetery.

      Calling hours are 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at the Jewell Funeral Home, 8886 S. Seneca St., Weedsport.
