      Newspaper Obituary - Tuesday, June 17, 1902 Syracuse Journal - Syracuse, New York - Pulaski, June 17 - Coroner Frank A. Box of this village was called to Pineville yesterday by the sudden death of Luther Trumbull, which occurred Saturday evening. Mr. Trumbull, who was about 73 years of age and a well-known farmer, was about the house during the day in his usual health. After making an investigation the coroner declared that death was due to organic heart disease, resulting from an attack of rheumatism. The funeral was held this afternoon from the family home.

      Newspaper Obituary - Thursday, June 19, 1902 Sandy Creek News - Sandy Creek, New York - Salmon River - Died, at the home of Morris Wade, Saturday, June 14, of heart disease, Luther Trumbull, aged 75 years. The funeral was largely attended, Tuesday. Rev. B. E. Whipple preached the funeral sermon.
