      Charles Kulp Sr., 71, of 832 Wyandotte St., Bethlehem, died Saturday in Zohlman Nursing Home, Richlandtown. He was the husband of the late Alice P. (Broadhurst) Kulp.

      He was a concrete worker for the Monarch Septic Tank Co., Allentown, for 15 years, retiring in 1978.

      Born in Royersford, Montgomery County, he was the son of the late Charles and Miriam Foster.

      He was an Army veteran of World War II.

      Surviving with his widow are three sons, Kenneth Kulp of Reading, William Broadhurst and Charles Kulp Jr., both of Bethlehem; a daughter, Joan E. Wagner of Allentown; seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. A daughter, Patricia Broadhurst, died in 1961.

      Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday in the Werley-Knopp Funeral Home, 46 E. Susquehanna St., Allentown. A calling hour will precede the services.
