- May 9, 2006 Richard A. Hall, 64, of State Route 183, Williamstown, passed away Tuesday, May 9, 2006. He was born March 5, 1942, in Ricard, NY, a son of Herbert and Anona Moot Hall. On November 30, 1962, he was married to Doris Roser in Pine Meadows Church. Dick retired from Camden Wire Co. in the late 1990's after 37 years of service. He was a past member of the Williamstown Volunteer Fire Department, a member of the Oswego County ATV Club and was an avid card player. Surviving beside his wife, Doris, are a daughter, Michelle and Richard Ritter, Williamstown, NY; a son, Matthew Hall, Parish, NY; two grandchildren, Calie Ritter and Matthew Hall; one sister, Joyce and Ronald Crouse, Baldwinsville, NY; one brother, Herbert and Dolores Hall, Ricard, NY; and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by a sister, Lois Gorman. Graveside services and interment will be 11 a.m. Thursday at Fairview Cemetery, Williamstown, NY, under the direction of the LaRobardiere Funeral Home, Inc., Camden, NY. Calling hours will be held from 5 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home, 109 Main Street. Memorial contributions may be made to the Williamstown Volunteer Fire Department, Williamstown, NY 13493.
