      Newspaper Obituary - Wednesday, July 16, 1941 Oswego Palladium Times - Oswego, New York - Pulaski, July 16 - Funeral services for Mrs. Jennie Jones Trumbull, widow of the late Simeon R. Trumbull, who died at the home of her son, Dr. L. R. Trumbull in Weedsport Monday morning, will be held at her late home, 8 North Street, Pulaski, Thursday at 2 p.m., conducted by the Rev. W. A. Gardner, pastor of Methodist church. Burial will be in Riverside cemetery, Pulaski.

      Newspaper Obituary - Thursday, July 17, 1941 Pulaski Democrat - Pulaski, New York - Mrs. S. R. Trumbull Dies at Weedsport - The many friends of Mrs. Jennie Jones Trumbull were saddened to hear of her death, Tuesday morning, at the home of her son. Dr. L. R. Trumbull of Weedsport, where she had been visiting for the past four weeks. She was born July 14, 1861, at Smithville, Jefferson County, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Lawrence Jones. She had been in failing health since the death of her husband about a year and a half ago. While her health permitted, she was active in all Methodist church activities, as well as the Eastern Star, and will be greatly missed in these organizations. Surviving are her son, Dr. Trumbull; two brothers, William of San Fernando, California, and Robert of Orville, California; and a granddaughter, Virginia Trumbull of Boston.
