Daniel Miller, 54, of 361 W. Lafayette Ave., died Sunday at University Hospital.
Mr. Miller was a life resident of Syracuse. He was a driver for the Syracuse Department of Public Works 35 years.
Surviving are his wife, the former Veronica Tracy; five sons, Daniel Jr., John and Rodney Miller, all of Syracuse, Ernest Kneer of Syracuse, and William of Dugway; two stepsons, Arthur and Duane Tracy of Syracuse; two daughters, Audrey Centerbar and Lisa Miller, both of Syracuse; six stepdaughters, Wanda Brown, Lori Kirby, Norma Tracy, Pamela Tracy, and Pamela Tracy, all of Syracuse, and Barbara Kneer of Constantia; his mother, Isabel Miller of Central Square; a brother, William of Selma, Ala.; and seven sisters, Nancy Hotaling of Portland, Maine, Marian Carey of Phoenix, Vina Klock of Gouverneur, Elsie Dillworth of Pawtucket, Ky., Connie Ferbeck of Minoa, Donna Martin of Syracuse, Glenda Mauro of Hastings.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at Greenleaf Funeral Home. Burial will be in Dugway Cemetery.
Calling hours are 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home, 503 W. Onondaga St.
