- Thomas B. Trumbull - March 2, 1853 - November 8, 1920. Son of Erastus and Alzina Minerva Bull Trumbull.
Newspaper Obituary - Wednesday, November 10, 1920 Pulaski Democrat - Pulaski, New York - Thomas Trumbull Drops Dead - Thomas Trumbull, well known in Pulaski, died while on an auto truck, driven by Homer Hurd, of this village, Monday morning, as they were in the village of Lacona where they were taking a furnace for Charles Trumbull, a brother of Thomas. Nothing had been noticed about Mr. Trumbull, indicating that he was not feeling well until he fell against the driver and expired before medical aid reached him. The body was taken to a house nearby and Dr. L. F. Hollis, coroner, was called. The coroner did not deem an inquest necessary, deciding that apoplexy was the cause of death. The body was brought to the home of Trumbull Bros., two miles east of Pulaski on the Rome road. Mr. Trumbull was born on the farm, next west of the Lehigh school house, March 2, 1853 and had spent his whole life there. He is survived by one brother, Charles E. and one sister, Miss Esther Trumbull. Funeral service will be held from the home at 2 o'clock this afternoon. Rev. C. T. Holcombe will officiate.
