- Newspaper Obituary - May 10, 2003 Post Standard - Syracuse, New York -Ronald L. Sanderson May 8, 2003 - Ronald L. Sanderson, 66, of 54 Rainbow Shores Rd., Pulaski, NY, died Thursday. He was born in Town of Sandy Creek and was a life resident. Graduated Pulaski High School 1955. Retired carpenter from Local #747 of Oswego. He was an avid horseman and owned and operated Rainbow Ranch where he raised quarter horses. Survivors: his wife, the former Nancy Southard; mother Maxine Sanderson; five sons, Rick, Scott, Adam, Grant and Keish Sanderson; one daughter Kelly Hennigan; two sisters, Alma Blechinger and Aileen Pizon; six grandchildren, Josh, Holly, Donna, Hanna, David and Sean; one great-grandson Taylor. Private services and burial. Arrangements by Summerville Funeral Home, Sandy Creek. Contributions may be made to the Sanderson Family.

The funeral and burial for Ronald L. Sanderson, 66, of 54 Rainbow Shores Rd., will be private.
Mr. Sanderson died at 12:45 a.m. Thursday at Samaritan Medical Center, Watertown, where he was admitted April 28.
There will be no calling hours.
Arrangements are with Summerville Funeral Home, Sandy Creek.
Mr. Sanderson was a carpenter with Local 747 of Oswego until retiring. An avid horseman, he owned and operated Rainbow Ranch, where he raised quarter horses.
Born Dec. 17, 1936, in the town of Sandy Creek, a son of Lynn and Maxine Hitchcock Sanderson, he graduated from Pulaski High School in 1955.
He married the former Nancy Southard. He had previously been married to Rita Allen.
Surviving besides his wife and mother of Pulaski are five sons, Rick, Seattle, Wash., Scott, Palmer, Alaska, Adam, Williamsburg, Va., Grant, Pulaski, and Keish, Watertown; a daughter, Kelly Hennigan, Lacona; two sisters, Alma Blechinger, Pulaski, and Aileen Pizon, Sandy Creek; six grandchildren and a great-grandson.
