      Newspaper Obituary - Wednesday, August 17, 1932 Pulaski Democrat - Pulaski, New York - Richland - Charles E. Martineau, long a resident of this village, died at his home about 12:30 p.m. Wednesday. He was well known in railroad work Charles Martineau was born January 5, 1876 in Orleans County and came to this vicinity 28 years ago. He is survived by his widow, Fannie L. Martineau; six daughters and four sons, Mrs. C. A. Kurtz, Otisco; Mrs. Orla Anson, Richland; Mrs. Leilia Green, Richland; Mrs. E. W. Brice, Liverpool; Mrs. Lyle Stevens, Durhamville; Miss Ruth Martineau, Richland; Charles F., Stanley, Keith and Edwin, all of Richland; two sisters and one brother, Mrs. William Smith of Edgewater, New Jersey, Miss L. Martineau of New York City and Henry of Solvay. Funeral services were held at his late home on Saturday afternoon at 2:30. Rev. Howland of Syracuse and Rev. Barnard of this place were the officiating ministers. Burial at Richland.
