      Obituary
      Robert P. Gibbs, 75 of Sandy Creek passed away peacefully at his home Monday September 4, 2023 surrounded by his family.

      Robert was born February 18, 1948 in the village of Pulaski to Robert and Beatrice (Bennett) Gibbs. He was a graduate of Pulaski High School in 1966. Robert had been employed by Highway Oil and later Nestle in Fulton. An injury at work left him diabled in 1995. He married his partner of 34 years, Bethann Rourke on his birthday February 18, 2023.

      Robert was a member of the Sandy Creek United Wesleyan Church and enjoyed X-Box and making vinyls for cars.

      Robert is survived by his wife Bethann, 12 children, 18 grandchildren and a sister Becky Allen. He was predeceased by his sister Barbara Stewart and a brother Ricky Gibbs.

      A Celebration of Life will be Sunday September 10th from 1-3pm at the Sandy Creek United Wesleyan Church.
