      SPICER, MARION E., 75, of Safety Harbor, died Friday (March 22, 1991) at Mease Hospital Countryside, Safety Harbor. She was born in Richland, N.Y., and came here in 1975 from Camillus, N.Y. She was a homemaker and a Methodist. Survivors include her husband, Ronald C.; two sons, Ronald C. Jr., Madison County, N.Y., and Frederick, Camillus; four daughters, Linda Keenan, Tampa, Barbara Law, Owasco, N.Y., Margaret Miceli, Solvay, N.Y., and Joan Greene, Pennsylvania; two brothers, Harwood Dunbar, Lakeland, and John Dunbar, Pulaski, N.Y.; 15 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
