Walter C. Vrooman, 91, life resident of Mexico, died Friday at his home.
Mr. Vrooman owned and operated a farm from 1947 to 1992.
Born Nov. 30, 1916, in Hammond, he was the son of Raymond and Hazel Drake Vrooman.
He married Dorothy Brandt on Sept. 12, 1942, at Christian Missionary Alliance Church, Syracuse.
Surviving besides his wife are a brother, Wendell "Pete" Norman Vrooman, Pulaski; and several nieces and nephews.
The funeral will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday at Foster-Hax Funeral Home, 52 Park St., Pulaski. Burial will be in Mexico Village Cemetery.
A calling hour will begin at noon Tuesday at the funeral home.
