- Harvey E. Nemier
SANDY CREEK-Harvey E. Nemier, 63. of Lacona died late Saturday night in the Hospitalof the Good Samaritan, Watertown, where he had been a patient only one day.
Born June 27, 1882. the town of Boylston, the son of George and Mary Giegrich Nemier, he attended rural schools. On March 28; 1908, he married Miss Edith Shafty. All of his life, Mr. Nemier had been successful Boytston farmer. He was member of Sandy Creek grange and the Knights of Maccabees.
Besides his wife he is survived by two daughters. Mrs. Gertude Stevens of Taberg and Mrs. Nellie Whiting of Lacona; two grand children; three brothers, John and Bert of Lacona and Frank of Enid, Okla; three sisters Mrs. Maude Caster and Mrs. Clara Stowell of Lacona and Mrs. Rodelle Hamer of Frankfort.
Funeral will held Wednesday afternoon at 2 o'clock at the home. Rev. Herbert Harrison, pastor of Sandy Creek Methodist church officiating. Burial will be in Wesleyan cemetery
