      David B. Manwaring, 71, a lifelong resident of Pulaski, died Thursday at the Lahey Clinic, Burlington, Mass.

      Mr. Manwaring owned and operated Dave's Pump Service for 24 years. He was also employed by Oswego County Highway Department and Altmar-Parish-Williamstown Central School bus garage, Altmar.

      Born Nov. 17, 1934, in Pulaski, the son of Warren and Bernadine Bradley Manwaring, he graduated in 1953 from Pulaski Academy High School.

      He married Deanne Robinson on April 9, 1955.

      He was a member of Park United Methodist Church and Township 19 Hunting Club, a life member of the National Rifle Association and a hunter safety instructor. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, trapping, camping and woodworking.

      Surviving besides his wife are two sons, Daniel D. and Thomas W., and two daughters, Cynthia A. Michalski and Rhonda L. Phillips, all of Pulaski; a sister, Janet Fullerton, Odenton, Md., 10 grandchildren and a great-grandson.

      The funeral will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Park United Methodist Church. Burial will be in Pulaski Cemetery. Calling hours will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Monday at Foster-Hax Funeral Home.
